The service is trying really hard and suitable for families with children, but the welcome can be better. The location is amazing, with access to mineral water springs and a beautiful forest smell, but activities are limited. The dining experience is fine, and the pool area is well-maintained. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with some great features but room for improvement.
